Terms of sale
1. Who you buy from
Fasconet Integrated Services buys vehicles from auctions such as Copart and IAAI in its own name and resells them to you. You buy from Fasconet Integrated Services, not from the auction. Fasconet Integrated Services is an independent buyer and importer. Fasconet Integrated Services is not affiliated with or endorsed by Copart, Inc. or IAA, Inc. Copart and IAAI are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Bid deposit
Before we bid, you pay a deposit of 20% of your authorised maximum bid. We will never bid above your maximum.
If we are outbid, the deposit is held for you: carry it over to another car or ask for a refund.
3. Purchase payment after a win
When we win, you pay the purchase invoice (winning bid + auction fees + our service fee, less your deposit) within 48 hours. Auctions require us to pay them within a few business days.
If the purchase payment is not made on time, the deposit may be forfeited and the vehicle may become Fasconet Integrated Services stock.
4. Shipping, clearing and delivery
Each stage is invoiced when it starts, with every cost itemised. Auction storage and port demurrage caused by late payment are passed on.
If a stage remains unpaid for an extended period, Fasconet Integrated Services may sell the vehicle to recover its costs and refund any balance due to you.
5. In-stock cars
Pay in full, or reserve with a 10% deposit that holds the car for 3 days. If the balance is not paid in time the car goes back on sale and our team will contact you about the deposit.
6. Currency
Prices are in Naira. Auction amounts in US dollars are converted at the rate shown on each invoice (currently ₦1,550/$1).
7. Vehicle condition
Auction vehicles are sold as-is, with the damage and title shown in the listing. Please review photos and title type carefully before asking us to bid.
